THE BOARD OF LIQUOR LICENSE COMMISSIONERS FOR BALTIMORE COUNTY will hold a general public hearing to review Rule 19 POPULATION AND NUMERICAL LIMITATION for the purpose of adding MIXED USE DEVELOPMENTS as an EXCEPTION to the population quota.

The hearing will be held in Room 106 of the Baltimore County Office Building, 111 W. Chesapeake Avenue, Towson, MD 21204. Individuals wishing to speak at this hearing are advised to arrive fifteen (15) minutes in advance to register.
