1. Clarify home address for licensee Kang.   

2. Security personnel must be wearing visible clothing showing “Security”. Also, security will be visible on parking lot until 2:30 a.m. Cars left on parking lot after 2:30 a.m. must be identified.

3. No more after hours.    

4. License will remain a “B” for three months at which time a hearing will be held to determine percent of food vs. alcohol.

5. 2 weeks prior to hearing submit documentation to Board for review regarding percent of food sales.
