Although Forefront Power, LLC is listed as the company on a number of solar projects in Baltimore County, they are not currently registered to do business in Maryland (as of Dec 22, 2018).

Some history:

Forefront Power LLC was formed in Delaware on Dec 21, 2016.
It was registered in Maryland on Jan 1, 2017 with a principal address of 13736 Riverport Dr, Maryland Heights and Resident Agent of The Corporation Trust, Inc. of 351 W Camden St, Balt. (which serves as Registered Agent for thousands of entities to comply with the requirement for a Maryland-based agent).
On June 20, 2017, the address of the Resident Agent was changed from 315 W Camden to 2405 York Rd (along with thousands of other entities)
On Nov 19, 2018, it was forfeited, apparently for not filing a personnal property report (which was filed Dec 17, 2018.
On Dec 4, 2018, a change of address of Resident Agent from The Corporate Trust, Inc at 351 W Camden to CSC-Lawyers Incorporating Service, Co at 7 St Paul St, Baltimore, although the 351 address had previously been changed. They may think that this action reinstated them, but it doesn't, since they need to provide a new registration and maybe pay another fine.
It is currently shown as "not in good standing".
