So, Almond did not grant them the zoning of BR and BR AS (which would have allowed a used-car lot, contractors storage yard, residences in commercial building, etc.) that they had requested and the Planning Board had recommended. She went mostly with the Planning Staff's recomendation.

No request was made in 2020 to change this. Apparently, the owner knew that it was easier and cheaper to get the Council to pass this Special Legislation.
