This business has a long history of violations and complaints for putting up excessive non-permitted signs and banners, as well as parking a large truck so that it serves as a large sign. In fact, look at the photo on their own website to see the inappropriate "feather flags". They also place products (pools, spas) in the front in violation of the Code.
(When looking up the case histories for 12100 Belair Rd online, there is a confusion, since CE keeps mixing up the cases for the trailer park to the rear, which is not 12100, but, rather, part of 12102. This is another issue we should tackle!)
I tried to resolve this problem with Van Dorn back in 2004, 2005, and 2014 with letters to the company, obviously without any success. They continue to demonstrate a complete disregard for our community, just trying to attract (and distract) the attention of those driving through (at high speed).

Present, and more to do
In spite of numerous warnings, this business has continued to put up illegal and unsightly signs and pennants. This "cheapens" the whole area to the detriment of other businesses, as well as residents. It is being watched!
